After a heartbreaking conclusion to a less than specatacular Little League season, I felt Collin could use a little pep up. In his league, the machines pitched at 25 mph. I took him to the batting cages and didn't tell him how fast the ball would be pitched at him. It only took a few pitches for him to get dialed in. After that I'd say he was hittin' about 75-80% of the pitches he swung at. I don't know alot about baseball, but I thought that was pretty good.

I think he may have had more fun in 45 minutes at the cages than he did all season long.

..35 MPH..

He looks like he is in the pros. His stance is great. I remember going to the batting cages and I was scared of the balls. That was like in 5th grade, too! Is that Mulligans?

Great job, Collin! I think Liam's going to do baseball next year -- this season's soccer was BORING. (We'll still do fall soccer though).
